We do our best for you to enjoy your shopping with Umico. That is why we added a feedback feature to our mobile app. With your feedback, our partners and we will be in contact with you all the time, and we will be able to work even better.

To help us to serve you better, you can share your experience and feedback about our partners. Each time you purchase with Umico, after reading the barcode, a particular window will appear on the application screen where you can rate your partner.

You can rate each section from 1 to 5.

Leave your feedback immediately after purchase or any convenient time. To rate later, go to your Umico mobile app, and tap to the “card” section on the left bottom. Here you have your purchase history. Click on the operation, and you will see the information about the purchase – the date, amount, accrued bonuses. At the bottom, there is a “Leave a company review” button. Click on this button and rate the purchase.
